I bring together more than two decades of experience across education, human behavior, executive functioning, organizational systems, HR, and creative practice to help individuals and organizations understand what is really getting in the way, and build practical solutions that work in real life.
My approach is both analytical and deeply human. I look at the whole system: the people, processes, environment, behavior and goals that shape a challenge. From there, we create thoughtful, individualized strategies designed for meaningful and sustainable change.

My work has never existed in just one field. This was by intention as well as necessity.
For more than two decades, I have worked at the intersection of education, human behavior, creativity and organizational strategy. My background includes special education, social-emotional learning, executive functioning, behavioral intervention, HR implementation and organizational systems, alongside a lifelong professional practice in the arts.
That breadth shapes how I consult. I am trained to notice patterns, identify what is beneath the visible problem, and translate complex information into practical strategies people can actually use. As a creative thinker, I also approach challenges though multiple lenses, making connections others often overlook. I am able to offer effective and lasting solutions beyond the traditional.
Whether I am working with an individual, a family, an entrepreneur or an organization, the goal remains the same: create greater clarity, stronger systems and meaningful change.
