I bring together more than two decades of expierience in education, human development and behavior, creative practice and organizational strategy to help people and organizations move through complex challenges and meet goals with success and clarity.
My work is grounded in the belief that the best and most effective solutions rarely live inside a single discipline nor can one thrive under “one -sized -fits -all” solutions. Whether I am supporting a student, family member, entrepreneur, or organization, I look at the whole system. I identify strengths, remove barriers, and create practical strategies designed for the people actually using and living them. I am also present the entire journey and will coach and model all strategies so my client becomes comfortable using them and understands how they benefit them.

HOW I WORK

1 - Understand
We begin at discovery and look beyond the immediate challenge to understand the people, culture, environment, systems and patterns influencing the challenge. Finding the root helps us find your change and solution. Research backed methods blended with one on one communication.
2- Design
I draw from education, learning theory, behavioral science, executive functioning, how the human development, and creatively build an approach and plan specific to the situation. This may include plan road maps, materials and measurable tracking methods.
3- Implement
Solutions are translated into practical and easy to understand systems people can actually use- with support along the way. Solutions are also delivered visually, and in ways the person and or organization learns best. Culturally sensitive solutions that allow for resolution and forward movement.
The goal is never simply to find a fast solution. It is to find one that works- one that people understand, can use and sustain without unnecessary time or effort.

Experience supporting organizations through HR Implementations and Operations. Processes, Systems, Workplace Strategy, organizational change and coaching.
Creative Practitioner
Working artist and studio owner. Published author and creative professional bringing design thinking and creative problem- solving into complex settings and diverse challenges.
